There are some things that just can’t be defined within the modern English dictionary. Like a good song or beautiful painting, examples are the best. Such is the case with a "scuze."
Whether someone flat out fails or makes a fool of themselves, an observer could simply reply by saying," scuze.”

This morning I was making fun of my friend because he ALWAYS leaves his swimsuit at my house. Today he remembered to bring that home, leaving behind a button up shirt and a bass guitar.
